About these terms

These terms apply to the use of Mailio, including accounts, sign-in, administration interfaces, features and other access to the platform. By using the platform you accept these terms to the extent they apply to your account and your use.

Account and access

You are responsible for ensuring that the information linked to your account is accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity that takes place through your account, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons, and access to the platform may only be used by people who are entitled to use the account.

Permitted use

The platform may only be used for lawful, legitimate and contractual purposes. Use must not harm the platform, other users, customers, partners or third parties.

It is not permitted, for example, to use the platform to:

• distribute spam, phishing or fraud attempts
• distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the platform’s operations
• gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems
• publish or store illegal content
• use the platform in a way that violates law, agreements or good practice

Content and responsibility

You are responsible for content, data and materials that are handled, published or stored through your account or within the scope of your use of the platform.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law, applicable agreements and these terms of use.

Security and operations

Mailio works to maintain a secure, stable and reliable platform. Technical, administrative and security-related measures may be taken to protect the platform and its users.

Access to the platform may temporarily be limited during maintenance, security measures, incident handling, technical updates or other operational needs.

Abuse and measures

If abuse, unauthorised use, security risks or breaches of these terms are suspected, Mailio may review relevant use and take necessary measures.

Such measures may include limiting features, temporary suspension, permanent termination of access, removal of content or other proportionate measures depending on the circumstances.

Changes to the platform

Mailio may continuously update, change, improve or discontinue features in the platform when needed for technical, security, legal or business reasons.
